DENTAL IMPLANTS

An implant is a titanium “root” which can be placed into the jawbone. Once the implant has integrated with the bone it can then be used to place a single tooth, multiple teeth or in some cases a full denture.

Dental implants are commonly used to eliminate the need for removable plates or dentures. Implants have been used successfully for over thirty years, and have a high success rate. They function and feel like your natural teeth.

Dental implant treatment represents a slightly greater investment than conventional treatment; however, the benefits of implant therapy for most patients outweigh the minor additional cost involved.

Dental Implants are becoming the standard of care for replacing missing teeth.
